Q. Are there any hidden costs?

What you see is what you pay. All business card printing orders include free artwork setup (excluding logo design), delivery is included to one point within Australia, and there are no additional charges on our regular range of business cards shown on the website. If you require additional design services, larger quantities or custom printing options, we'll provide a quote for your approval before starting your job. 

Q. What is the turnaround time?

Our products are printed to the highest standard in full colour process, using an offset printing press. This involves several steps and vigilant quality control throughout the process over a number of days to completion. For standard rectangle business cards and most everyday print products, please allow a minimum of one week from artwork approval and payment to delivery of your finshed job. Custom finishing, including die-cutting and additional coatings, will require a longer turnaround time. Specialty cards, such as polypropylene plastic, are printed less frequently, so we require sufficient notice if you have a particular deadline in mind.

Q. I don't have a logo, can you design one for me?

We offer affordable logo design as an additional service. We've designed hundreds of logos for businesses throughout Australia. We gather key information from you regarding your target market and business identity, to create a unique, versatile logo design which you can apply to all media including print, web, signage, packaging and your own documents like invoices.

Q. How can I place a print order?

You can order quality business card printing online right now, contact us to help you choose the best product for your needs, or request a quote for more options like larger quantities or custom sizes, cut-out shapes and fancy finishing. On submitting your order or accepting a quote, simply send us any further instructions and supporting files, like logos and images, and we'll respond with a proof.

Q. Can I see my artwork before it's printed?

Of course. We provide artwork proofs by email for your approval or revisions, and rest assured nothing goes on the press until you give us the Okay.

Q. Can I supply my own artwork?

If you have the necessary software and knowledge to produce press-ready artwork, we're happy to print from your supplied files. Please check our specifications or contact us for advice. Alternatively, provide your logo/images and text, and we'll set up your artwork at no charge as part of your business card printing order. Please note this offer does not apply to logo design or other print size requiring extended setup time.

Q. Which printing method do you use?

We print quality business cards in full colour process on an offset press. Ink is transferred to the paper by a blanket that carries an impression from the printing plate. It's an economical and high-quality choice for print runs of 250 or 500 to several thousand and beyond.

Q. How do I pay for my business cards?

We prefer payment via EFT, or you can pay with a credit card via Paypal. Cheques are accepted by prior arrangement, where deadline allows for postage and clearance of funds. You can choose to pay immediately at the time of ordering a print product, or we'll invoice you for payment by EFT prior to printing. Design services like logo design are paid on receipt of invoice.

Q. Can I order reprints later?

All artwork is kept on file for easy access at any time should you require reprints or changes. Simply contact us and let us know what you'd like reprinted.

Q. Can I order a larger quantity or an item not listed on your website?

The options listed for online ordering are just a small sample of the broad array of print items we produce. Please contact us to request a quote for larger quantities, other sizes and finishes, and custom printing options.

Q. Can you match my new business card to my existing website?

We can colour and style-match your website to create a business card, or any printed item, to complement your existing "look". Please note that both offset and digital printing require higher resolution images than what's already on your website, so we'll need original image files and your logo in a press-quality format. If you've had a custom logo designed for your website, please ask your designer to supply press-quality files. This request should be followed through without any problems, as once your logo design has been completed and paid for, you own the design to use as you wish.

Q. Can I use a photo or graphic copied from a website?

Due to copyright laws we do not print images copied from a website, or any other source, other than images purchased from licensed stock image suppliers like iStockphoto.com. We recommend you use your own high quality photos, or buy suitable images from iStock. We can advise you on which image size and format you'll need for your particular job.

Q. Can I have social media icons on my business card?

We have all the relevant social media icons available for display on your business cards, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and more.

Q. Can you put a QR Code on my flyer?

Certainly, we can include a QR code on any print item. Just source the QR image from your choice of suppliers, and send us the file.

Q. Do you print other items, like letterheads and brochures?

We certainly do. Please contact us to request a quote and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. Artwork setup is additional at the affordable rate of $60 per hour, or $40 discount rate for Australian charities and not-for-profit community organisations. Artwork setup is free with business card orders (please note this offer does not include logo design).
